Sorting Grid Data
Grid data may be sorted in ascending or descending order by one column or by multiple columns on any IntelliTrack web page that contains a grid.
Sorting Column Data
When you click the column header in the grid, the grid data will be sorted; click again and the sort will be reversed.

If sorting against a column has not yet been applied, a header click will apply sorting in ascending order.

If sorting has already been applied, subsequent clicks reverse the sort order.

In the screen example below, the page is being sorted by account number.
Clearing a Column's Sorting
To clear a column's sorting, click its header while pressing the CTRL key on the keyboard. The sort arrow will disappear from the column, indicating that the sort has been removed from it.
